Right of withdrawal
This summary is for consumers under applicable consumer law. It complements our terms and conditions of sale and the information on the relevant product page. If there is any divergence between the French text and a translation, the French text prevails for interpretation.
Principle
Unless legal exceptions apply, a consumer generally has fourteen (14) days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. Refunds follow statutory rules after return of goods where applicable.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons, to goods unsealed after delivery where the law so provides (including audio/video or software), to the supply of digital content without a tangible medium where performance has begun with your express consent and waiver of withdrawal where required, and to other cases listed in Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code. How to withdraw
To request withdrawal or a return, contact us with your order reference and contact details via Contact us. Keep proof of your request.
Shipping — returns and refunds
You pay return postage to send goods back to us, except for defective or non-conforming products (legal conformity guarantee or other applicable rules). We send return shipping instructions after we review your request.
The product must be returned in its original condition, complete and unused. Any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods may lead to a reduction in the refund.
Refunds
Where withdrawal is valid, we refund the price of the relevant products plus standard delivery fees paid on your original order, within the statutory period from notification of your decision and under applicable law (including after receipt and inspection of returned goods where required). If you chose a delivery option more expensive than standard delivery, only the standard delivery portion is refunded where the law requires.
