Terms and conditions of sale
These terms govern sales through Averazon (“Team Drops” group buys): commitment, campaign validation, payment, delivery and consumer rights.
These terms govern sales through Averazon. A “Team Drop” is a group-buy campaign: you commit to a quantity while the window is open; the unit price shown may drop as the community hits quantity tiers. Essential product characteristics, price, any fees and delivery terms are those brought to your attention on the product page and order summary before you confirm.
Orders follow the statuses shown on your account (including engaged, paid, preparing, shipped, cancelled or refunded). Campaign end dates, the drop validation threshold and the price from tiers reached are those stated at close, consistent with information given before payment or final commitment as shown in the journey.
Contract formation and Team Drop cancellation
Until the campaign closes or the minimum quantity threshold is met, the relationship may remain at “engaged” or “authorised” status depending on the journey shown. If the drop is not validated (threshold not met in time or other reason stated on the page), the order is cancelled or refunded as shown on the site and by email; no final charge is taken beyond what is then stated.
Price and payment
The price applied is that of the tier reached at close, as indicated before you confirm your order. Payments are processed by an authorised payment provider; card data is entered on its secure pages and processed under its rules and applicable law. Averazon does not store your card security code (CVV). Authorisations, charges and refunds follow order statuses and messages shown in the checkout journey.
Delivery
Products are shipped to the address given at checkout. Preparation and delivery times shown on the product page or at checkout are indicative unless a binding date or deadline is clearly stated and accepted. Risk of loss or damage passes under applicable law when the parcel is handed to the carrier, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
Warranties
You benefit from statutory warranties, in particular legal conformity and hidden defects, under Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. Any additional commercial warranty appears on the product page where offered.
Consumer dispute resolution
After a written complaint to our customer service remains unresolved within a reasonable time, you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Other remedies (including mediation or competent courts) remain available under applicable law.
You benefit from applicable consumer law, including withdrawal where it applies (see our dedicated page and exceptions for personalised goods or certain services). For disputes, contact customer support before any formal procedure.
Withdrawal: if withdrawal is accepted, the refund includes the product price and standard delivery fees paid at checkout. Return shipping to us remains your cost, except for defective or non-conforming goods. See the “Right of withdrawal” page for details.
The product must be returned in its original condition, complete and unused. Any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods may lead to a reduction in the refund.
Language and interpretation
These terms of sale are drafted in French. Any translated version (including English) is provided for convenience only; if there is any discrepancy, divergence or contradiction between the French text and a translation, the French text prevails for interpretation, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country.
