We apply reasonable measures to protect your account and orders.
Connection and browsing
The site is served over HTTPS. Use a strong, unique password for your adventurer account.
Passwords and access
We do not store passwords in plain text. Reset uses a time-limited email link. If you suspect abuse, change your password and contact us immediately.
Payments
Payments are processed by an authorised payment provider: card details are entered on the provider’s secure pages and handled per industry standards (including PCI-DSS). We do not store the card security code (CVV). Steps (authorisation, charge at drop close, refunds) are described in the T&Cs and on the payment screen.
Email and preferences
Transactional emails (security, orders) are required for the service. Optional messages (drop reminders, shipping) follow the toggles in your notification settings.

Bug, inappropriate content or suspected security issue: write via Contact us with details (screenshots, URL, time).
